We need mobile apps. Especially for the credit hero score. My clients want an easier way to check their credit.

Allowing PDF format for letters, proof of address and etc should be a standard feature that will make it easier for clients and users of CRC. Thank you

Include SSN card upload as part of on-boarding, include with Identification and Address verifying documents.

this is a nuisance that we can't switch a client from ex: identity iq to smart credit and also that you PUSH credit hero. we should be able to easily switch companies for our clients as needed

I would love if you can integrate myFICO as an import option for reports. It’s more accurate to what my clients need. I specifically work with mortgage brokers and this has all the mortgage scores. I don’t want to have to create my own software and would love to continue using CRC.

Allow clients to upload responses received from credit bureaus and creditors directly through their client portal. Allow multiple pictures in one upload.

I'm always on the go and CRC really doesn't work on my phone when I'm out. An app would be appreciated!!

When clients have open credit card balanaces , the simulator can project how much their score will increase by paying down that balance
