Stop chasing paperwork over email. Your clients can now upload their SSN verification and sign your Limited Power of Attorney as part of onboarding, on web or mobile. Having a complete SSN verification and LPOA on every letter means you're not giving the bureaus any excuse to stall.

🔐 Clients upload a Social Security card, W-2, pay stub, 1099, or tax return during onboarding, and it's stored encrypted.

📝Clients sign your LPOA during onboarding, so you have authorization on file before any letters go out.

📬 SSN verification attaches to Round 1 letters and your LPOA attaches to both rounds, so bureau mailings go out complete.

Your logo is the first thing clients and affiliates see when they log in, and now it can look its best. We've raised the upload limits so modern, high-quality logos render cleanly, with no more forced cropping or blurry squares.

🖼️ Your logo limit jumped from 120x120px to a 400x400px bounding box, so more detailed branding fits.

📐 Logos now scale proportionally instead of being cropped to a square, so a wide, text-based logo stays sharp and correctly shaped.

⚡ Accepted formats and size tips now show right in the upload screen, and a friendlier error appears if a file tops the 2MB cap.

✅ Existing logos stay intact, and the new limit is consistent across every portal view.
