    : Keep important info at the top! You can now pin priority notes to ensure important details are always front and center.

To help you provide uninterrupted service and maintain revenue, we've added automatic reminder emails for Credit Hero Score clients with past-due subscriptions.
What's new? 👀
Credit Hero Score customers whose subscriptions are past due will receive a series of reminder (dunning) emails requesting payment. After 10 days of non-payment, the account will be automatically canceled.

A bug impacting clients' ability to upload documents via their smartphones as part of the onboarding process has been fixed. The feature prompting a text message with instructions to upload documents when using the smartphone option through the client portal has been fixed.
How can I access this?👇
Clients can select the "Use smartphone to take picture" option when completing their onboarding to receive a text message and upload documents via their smartphone.

What's changed?
We’re firm believers that when presenting rows of data, our CRC users should have clarity both on what they are seeing and on their available search options. As such, we’ve added several usability enhancements to Tasks and Events located under the Schedule tab.
  • Renamed the “Assigned To” column to read “Clients”
  • Added a Team Member column
  • Added a Team Member filter
  • Added a Due Date filter
  • Added sort functionality to the Due Date column

From the Schedule tab, select Tasks & Events View.

What's changed?
CHS Credit Reports now handle missing data from a credit bureau more effectively. If a client's report lacks information from one bureau, CRC will import data from the available bureaus. In the past, resolving the issue with the missing bureau was necessary before accessing any credit report data.
What will I see?
When importing a CHS report, the import summary will display a blank score when bureau data is unavailable:
