The USPS raised postage rates on July 12, 2026. Our cost to send Certified Mail and long letters went up, and we are passing through only that cost increase - we are not making any profit on this change. Everything else stays the same.

You can now edit a billing plan name whenever you want, so your clients never accidentally see the dollar amount tucked inside a plan name on their invoices or notifications.

✏️ – Open Manage Plan and rename any existing billing plan to something clean and client-friendly.

🔄 – The new name flows across invoices, notifications, the client portal, and contracts - even on past records.

Your clients' disputes are now protected when a credit report is reimported, even when a creditor's name looks slightly different from one cycle to the next.

– The system now uses a two-step matching process: exact match first, then smart "fuzzy" name matching as a fallback so accounts like "CAPITAL ONE BANK USA" and "CAP ONE" are correctly recognized as the same account.

– Because existing accounts are properly identified, disputes you've already set up won't get wiped out when a creditor reports their name differently.

📊 – Reimport counts now correctly reflect what's actually new vs. what already existed on the report.

⚡ – A fuzzy match is only accepted when a second piece of supporting evidence confirms it, so there's no risk of incorrectly linking the wrong accounts.

No action needed - this is live now for all accounts.
