We've upgraded how Credit Repair Cloud matches inquiries when re-importing credit reports - especially from Credit Hero Score. No more duplicate inquiries cluttering your clients' files, and no more unexpected mass deletions/additions throwing off your workflow.

Duplicate inquiry prevention –
Once an inquiry is matched, it's locked - so you'll never see the same inquiry appear twice under slightly different names.🎯
Improved inquiry name matching –
The system now validates lender names using intelligent thresholds, handling Equifax's frequent name variations (like "ALLYFINANC" vs. "ALLY FINANCIAL") without creating false matches.📋
Cleaner inquiry records overall –
Incomplete records with missing dates are now excluded from matching entirely, so only accurate data drives your dispute workflow.Heads up - one-time cleanup
⚡During your next import cycle, you may see some extra inquiry deletions as the system clears out previously duplicated records. This is a one-time cleanup. After one full report cycle, everything will be accurate and stable going forward.
We know re-import accuracy matters across all tradeline types, and improvements to other tradelines are coming. Stay tuned.

We’ve made a small but helpful improvement to the Credit Hero Score signup process! Now, your clients can see their SSN as they type it—making it easier to enter it correctly on the first try.
What's changed?
👀During Credit Hero Score signup, clients will now see an “eye” icon next to the SSN field. Clicking it reveals what they’re typing, helping prevent mistakes that could lead to “NA” results or failed registration.

Better Access with the New "Report Provider" Dropdown
We’ve replaced the open text field for “Report Provider” with a standardized dropdown in the client profile. This fixes the issue where mismatched entries were breaking the “View Credit Hero Score Account” button. Now, CHS access is more reliable than ever, and you’ll see fewer client support issues.
