We get asked over and over, about allowing couples to see progress of both accounts under one roof. I know Keenan and I spoke briefly about a household plan coming soon, so couples can enroll on the self service feature all at once, but we need to also allow portals to be combined.
How would this work?
  1. Similar to our portals for affiliates. When our affiliates log into their portal, they can see a list of all clients referred by them and track their progress.
  2. With this being said, 1 spouse should be able to log in and track progress of the client we have selected as "household" under their name and they can see their spouse's progress/dispute chart.
Keep in mind, usually when couple's enroll, it's usually 1 spouse that actually signs up both accounts. Normally the wife signs everyone up (because the husband is too busy at work), or the husband signs up everyone (because he's deciding to pay for everything). We NEVER get couples who enroll at different times or wait to speak with both people, it's always 1 person in control of the credit repair service, therefore they should be able to view their spouse's progress.
