Ability to quickly attach existing client files from Document Storage to dispute letters

Currently, when attaching a document to a dispute letter, the process requires multiple unnecessary steps: we have to open the client’s account, go to Document Storage, download the file, return to the letter editor, and then re-upload it manually.
If a client’s documents are already stored in their Document Storage, it would be much more efficient to have an option within the letter generator to browse and attach those existing files directly — without leaving the page or re-uploading.
This improvement would:
• Save significant time during letter generation
• Eliminate repetitive downloading and uploading steps
• Streamline workflows for teams handling multiple clients
• Reduce human error when attaching supporting documents
This small enhancement would make the letter creation process faster and more efficient, especially for companies managing large client volumes.
