There is no DOB, ADDRESS or SSN on the self-checkout form. The point of self-checkout is to make our business EASIER, not HARDER! It's tough enough only being able to contact clients by email, but most of them do not check their emails regulary and also may end up in spam. We can not send dispute letters without this information.

Auto-populate client information from Self Service Client Signup form/page

Currently, the only information that auto-populates over into CRC from the Self Service Signup form/page is the client's name and email address. It is a hassle having to email the client to retrieve other pertinent information needed to begin the disputing process. The process would be more seamless if the client's Last 4 SSN, Date of Birth, Mailing Address, City, State, & Zip would all auto-populate over into CRC as well.
