CRC issues

Hello, can you guys please make our lives easier by doing the following things:
- please create the option to simply add the third form of ID to our letters, because its only allowing the photo ID and the proof of address. It has no ability to attach the 3rd form such as the social security card (option) feature which is stored in the dashboard, but not able to be used on our actual letters so it makes it pointless.
- Also we have to convert every single document to JPG in order to attach it in our letters, why won't it allow PDF when that is what we are attaching is documents?
- Why isn't there an option to attach anything which is stored in the document storage of the dashboard to the LETTERS when we send them out so we can provide all the proof for our case? Everytime we want to attach anything, we have to first save it in our computer which is NOT SECURE, then we have to convert to JPG, then we have to attach each single page in the "add document" field. All of this is extremely un-secured, time consuming, and contradicts the fact of why we even have the document storage if we can't simply attach those items directly into whatever letter we are sending.
-I also submitted zapier requests in your survey pop up bubble about what are the biggest problems we experience in CRC, so I am hoping you see those requests in there, but the above items are VITAL to even operate on a basic level as a company that needs to be SECURE and efficient. Thank you

Allowing the system to attach PDF format.
R

-When attempting to attach multiple pages of documents to our letters, the current system only permits one-page uploads at a time, restricting us to JPG image format exclusively. However, our documents are typically in PDF format, not images. This limitation is causing significant security concerns and inefficiencies as we handle cases that require multiple pages of evidence. It's imperative to address this issue with CRC to streamline our workflow, allowing for secure and efficient attachment of multi-page documents in their original PDF format without compromising on security or time.
