Automated Email Reminders for Client Onboarding Tasks

As a user, I often find it challenging to ensure that clients complete their onboarding tasks in a timely manner. It would be beneficial if the software could automatically send reminder emails to clients who have pending tasks. For instance, if a client hasn't uploaded a required document, the system could send an email notification asking them to do so. This feature would greatly enhance the efficiency of the onboarding process.

a great feature to have would be the ability to remind clients to complete portions of the initial sign up. For example if they only completed the account and we are still pending the proof of address then it would send an email reminding them to do so until it's uploaded.

- What specific milestones in the initial sign-up process would you like to have reminders for?
- How soon after a milestone is incomplete would you like the reminder email to be sent?
- Would you like the ability to customize the content of these reminder emails?

1.. All milestones,
-if they started creating the account and stopped at some point, the client agreement, photo id, and bill.
- A day after the milestone isn't completed send a notification
- A templated one would be fine.
