1. Our new clients with CRC Billing are not able to switch billing due dates. When you select "change payment due date" within the payment details on our clients dashboard, CRC states it was changed, but never changes. This is a glitch with CRC and is affecting our revenue, as we are unable to change our client's billing dates.
  2. When a client's payment is failed with CRC Billing, the option to change payment due date is unavailable. Tonight, we had a client contact us because her payment failed and CRC Billing keeps re-billing. She requested us to change the payment due date, but the option is not listed. She has requested to cancel our services, if we can not change her payment date to a better date, as we could with chargebee clients.
By not being able to change payment dates for customers, this will lose us a lot of revenue.
