It would be very helpful if CRC would add a trigger to zapier, that notifies zapier when a payment decline for a customer. This allows us to automate a SMS text through our texting app, built into zapier. We currently use this with our chargebee clients and so many clients THANK US, by having it setup to where they receive a text alert, when their payment fails. So many people today, do not check emails and most go to spam.

Please consider adding a trigger to zapier, when a payment fails and allow name/phone number/email totransfer over, so we can build the best automations for this.
