I love your software, but I have not signed up yet.
I'm looking for software that includes a DIY portal for clients.
I see more and more people doing their research and attempting to get by without professionals.
Although it's not what most professionals are looking for, I believe that we can accommodate to both and when the time comes, UPGRADE them to the Agency service. where we step in to help.
Pretty much it would be the McDonald's effect let's give them the Burger which is consistent across the board but if they want the Fries and Coke for the perfect meal, for a few dollars more, we have it.

In the client portal it allows for clients to dispute for themselves globally. can we offer it as an option? with AI it will allow clients to create their own disputes. However they will have to sign up for credit monitoring monthly.

I was previously with CRC but switched to WLCRO because they have the DIY capability. I would LOVE to come back to CRC but much of my business depends on the DIY function. Is there any chance you will offer this soon? I really want to come back to CRC.

Hello, from the My Company tab, I logged into the Client Portal however I'm not finding this option. If you could please let me know which tab to look at, it would be greatly appreciated.
Also, would you be charging a fee for the initial credit audit or any type of fee for the monthly work? Just curious about what you have in mind. I look forward to hearing back from you, thanks!

Michele Berry Nunez: this is where the choice to offer a DIY option is but it is applied globally with all clients. I would like to offer to select clients and offer a monthly fee for access.

Tracy Stoudt: It was my understanding that this simply allows the client to select which items will be disputed, however we would still be doing all of the work for them. Maybe you could request clarification from someone.
