Enhancing Dispute Letters

I have genuinely enjoyed the dispute system; however, I would like to suggest incorporating more customization options for each round. It would be beneficial to select specific responses tailored to individual credit bureaus. While Round 1 is fairly standard, the credit bureaus may respond differently within the first 30 days. For instance, TransUnion might delete certain items, Experian could request proof of identity, and Equifax might confirm that everything is validated. Since these responses vary, the current system restricts us to one template for all three bureaus in Round 2. If there’s a way to develop a feature that allows for this customization, it would greatly enhance our ability to provide targeted responses to each bureau's unique needs.

Hey Therese Barefield, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific customization options would you like to see for each round of dispute letters?
- Can you provide examples of how you currently handle different responses from each credit bureau?
- How frequently do you encounter different responses from the credit bureaus that require tailored dispute letters?

- For Round 2 and on it would be nice to see an option to select individual credit bureaus in the choose letter recipient. Maybe having check boxes verse selecting the credit bureaus as a whole. This might allow more customization and specific responses to the individual credit bureaus. I mocked up a sample and attached it.
- Currently my team and I try to pick the most general template response and go in and customize each one which is time consuming and some times not as effective as the letter templates that address the issue.
- I encounter this a few times a week. Unfortunately the credit bureaus are changing their tactics; one might respond with a stall to ask for proof of identity and the others might say they verified our request.
I hope that clarified my idea. It is a little difficult to explain. Let me know if you have more questions or if you want to jump on a zoom call so I could further clarify. Thanks for your help!
