You MUST provide customers with a copy of their agreement or give them access to view the signed agreement at anytime. Credit repair cloud no longer has an option in their client portal to be able to view and download the agreement since the new 2.0 version was released. We need need you to put an option in the portal for customers to be able to view & print the signed agreement.
