Stephen Carter Will there be an extra cost to use this feature or will it be included for free?
S

Adam Klein The platform itself is part of the core CRC experience. For example, if you are on the Start plan you'll have full access. It isn't available on any of our pre-launch plans.
In the interest of transparency I should add that the merchant account provider(s) would have their own fee schedules. But that is true of any platform. We provide the software, the payment gateway and negotiate with merchant account providers who are interested in integrating into our platform. We then make those providers available within Credit Repair Cloud.

Stephen Carter Thank you this is great, will we be able to use our own merchant if we already have one or an option to use something like zelle, pay cash in person, or mail a check? Is there also an option to just use the billing section for notifications to us and our clients that their payment is due?

Adam KleinWe only support the merchant account providers that have signed a contract and integrated with Credit Repair Cloud.
You always have the option to create your own invoices and note them as paid. You can do that today and we have not removed that functionality. We're not trying to get in the way of your business model. We are trying to offer a way to offload some of the hassle and work associated with billing. We believe a subscription plan with an attached card is the "set it and forget it" solution that is most helpful.

the bookkeeping/ accounting options are worthless with this software. It should also not be restricted to "merchant" account billing. This should be for ALL billing. Also the Invoice format is generic and ugly and the statements are hard to decipher the layout should be more simple for customer to read

I agree AND believe that we could save a fortune in merchant account fees collectively...
