Option to delete dispute reasons and instructions

I would like the option to completely remove dispute reasons and instructions for negative items. Currently, these fields are mandatory, and I can only change them by selecting a different option or adding a custom reason. Having the ability to delete them would provide more control over the dispute process.

Hello, it appears that deleting dispute reasons and instructions wouldn't leave any type of audit trail or reminders regarding what action was taken in the CRC platform, and you'd need to refer back to the actual letters on a regular basis. Just out of curiousity, is this what you have in mind? At the same time, I certainly understand that each CRO can develop their own processes and procedures.
