we need the phone number box added back on the referral form inside our affiliate's portal. Of course this was removed during the CRC/TSR/CFPB issue, but for those CRO's who are TSR compliant, this will save us time.

When affiliates refer a lead and the lead completes their onboarding, it's 10X easier to contact the lead after they've signed our agreement and possibly help them with any other steps or go over their exact situation.

Now that the phone number box is removed, we sometimes have to wait days and wait for clients to finally check their email and reply with their phone number. Phone numbers are included on our website's sign up form and it should also be included on affiliates referral form!
