Inside the Secure Client Access portal, at the bottom where it shows assigned contacts, it would be nice if it directed clients to Send Message versus Send Email. Or at least give us the option. This way it would keep everything "in-house" and encourage clients to use the secure messages feature versus sending emails.

That would be beneficial to have a Chat feature in CRC between the CRO and the Client.
