Keenan Jones Hello! Thanks for indicating that this is in progress. During one of Daniel's interviews with Chris Stirgus, he mentioned that he sends a copy of his client agreement to the credit bureaus. Since a notarized document isn't needed, my earlier comments from 2-3 years ago (suggesting that CRC could consider providing notary services) are outdated at this time. The process is simpler than I originally thought. For now I'm using a separate authorization letter that I created/saved in the letter library. The wording is basically a copy/paste from the client's authorization in the CRC Default Contract. Since there aren't any "company placeholders" in the letter library, I edit the return address. I'll continue using this "separate client authorization" until the new process that you mentioned in the FB group has been fully implemented. Thanks again to you, Daniel, the support team and all of the CRO's that submit feature requests to make things run smoother. It's a "game changer" for everyone.

POA Sign up

Hello Credit Repair Cloud Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I would like to request a feature enhancement that would significantly improve onboarding efficiency for credit repair businesses using your platform.
It would be extremely helpful to have a built-in “Limited Power of Attorney (POA)” option that can be directly added into the Self Sign-Up workflow.
Right now, we are required to:
- Create or upload a POA separately
- Send it as a separate document after sign-up
- Wait for the client to complete an additional step
This creates an extra manual step in the onboarding process and can slow down activation.
### Requested Feature:
A native POA module that can be:
- Added directly into the Self Sign-Up intake process
- Signed at the same time as the service agreement and intake forms
- Automatically stored in the client profile once completed
### Ideal Functionality:
- Checkbox option to include “Limited Power of Attorney” in onboarding setup
- E-sign integration within the same sign-up flow
- Auto-save signed POA to client documents
- Ability to customize POA template per business
- Optional required-field toggle (so onboarding cannot be completed without it)
### Why this matters:
This would streamline onboarding, reduce friction for clients, and ensure businesses are fully authorized to begin dispute processes immediately after sign-up without additional manual document sending.
It would also improve compliance consistency and help credit repair companies scale faster using your platform.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I appreciate the continued improvements you make to Credit Repair Cloud.
Best regards,
Timothy Moffitt
This would be great. I thought I had heard somewhere this was going to happen.

Just as the ID and Utility Bill is automatically sent with dispute, I would like to be able to add a Credit Repair Power of Attorney to be added the same way and with the option to send it with the dispute.
Also being able to add documents with other ext such as pdf and word.

limit poa agreement at onboarding fro stall

this should be a option for onboarding so separate emails are not sent over so that when the stall letters come this can avoid all that together

It would be great to have a one-page LPOA included during onboarding along with the client agreement, and upoad the same document to the letter library.
CRC could also offer an online notary service at a reasonable price, or clients could use a notary of their choice since some are free.
The LPOA could also be included as a standard attachment when mailing client letters.
Alot of business owners in the FB group have questions about it, and the ones that use it have mentioned how it eliminates the stall letters from the credit bureaus.
I'm currently updating one that I downloaded for new clients, and going forward I'm looking forward to seeing better results within the first few weeks.

Michele Berry Nunez: we still get stall letters but the good thing is they come to our office and not the clients house which saves us the headache of angry clients and also allows us to send another letter right away.

Adam Klein Hello! If you could please clarify the reason that the stall letters are going to your office, instead of to your clients home address, it would be greatly appreciated. Are you using your business address as the client's mailing address on all of the letters that get sent out?
A

Michele Berry Nunez: when the client signs a power of attorney it allows us to represent them. We send letters on their behalf from our address and correspond with the bureaus on their behalf as well

Adam Klein: Sounds good, thanks for the reply. I tried this aproach after reading several comments in the FB group, It's not working out as smoothly as I had expected. So I have another process in mind that will still require the LPOA. Have a great weekend!
