Keenan Jones Everything in the old version was useful compare to this latest update. Right now it takes a long time to finish my task because of this disaster update. On the old version it takes me only 1 hour. Opening Multiple accounts is very useful since I can check everything at the same time specially if its under first work pending. Then you need to open it back and fort. Then lets say there's a problem on their credit monitoring you need to open it again one by one. You know what you don't need to ask this since all of you know the benefits/features of the old version compare this disaster new version.

I can't edit old Invoices
The 'Scroll' botton of the mouse doesn't open pages in a new Tab. Instead it just opens the same page - which makes everything 100 times longer.
I keep login information etc in the Notes and I need to copy them from the Notes section. But it's very hard to copy since when you double click in the Note section it just closes.
All my other Users can't edit notes that I have put in.
I can't open the View/Edit Profile in a new tab like a used to.
When I set up a new clientwho lives in Spring Valley for example. The City section will not allow me to put in 2 names.
ETC...
The new version does not make it easier i any way besides building your own new merchent agenda.
