Why did we lost all very important client Memo's? This is a crucial part to provide proper help to the clients. Not all are the same. Please retrieve that data.

You guys have to find a way to retrieve the information in the "Memo" section or restore it to client profiles, we had imperative information for clients inside them and now everything is gone.

How to retrieve clients lost memos

I found a fix for anyone looking to get their client's memo section information! When you go to the "View/Edit" profile tab and switch the client to a prospect it brings up their ENTIRE memo section in the "View/Edit" page with their personal information. I have been going 1 by 1 and copying/pasting every memo into the new note section and pinning anything pertinent. It's not ideal but it works.

Horrible service as always. No communication whenever there is an issue. Been with them since 2015 and customer service is just went down the hill over the years. They do not care. They care about signing up more people.

How could you remove thousands of notes without notification of any kind to the users that pay for your platform...

Just post that as well. This might be a huge problem now, with thousands of our clients. We have had significant details stored there about every deal.

I am devastated right now.... We held some very crucial information in the memo line on client profiles and lost EVERYTHING. They could have at least moved the memos to the notes widget and kept the information.
