Clients upload a Social Security card, W-2, pay stub, 1099, or tax return during onboarding, and it's stored encrypted.๐
Limited Power of Attorney:
Clients sign your LPOA during onboarding, so you have authorization on file before any letters go out.๐ฌ
Auto-Attach to Letters:
SSN verification attaches to Round 1 letters and your LPOA attaches to both rounds, so bureau mailings go out complete.๐ฑ
Web, Mobile, and Bilingual:
The new steps work on web and mobile in English and Spanish.How can I access this?
๐Go to My Company -> Client/Affiliate Portal -> Client Onboarding & Tasks to turn the SSN and LPOA steps on. Both documents show up in your client's document storage, so you always know what's outstanding.
