To help you personalize service, we’ve made your client notes more convenient to find and easier to format.
- Notes Where You Need Them- Internal Notes have found a new home in our Notes widget, conveniently placed in your client dashboard.
- Rich Text Editing Made Easy- The rich text features are intuitive to use—simply type in the notes field and use the formatting options to style your text exactly how you want it.
- Pin Important Notes: Keep important info at the top! You can now pin priority notes to ensure important details are always front and center.
