What's changed?
We’re firm believers that when presenting rows of data, our CRC users should have clarity both on what they are seeing and on their available search options. As such, we’ve added several usability enhancements to Tasks and Events located under the Schedule tab.
  • Renamed the “Assigned To” column to read “Clients”
  • Added a Team Member column
  • Added a Team Member filter
  • Added a Due Date filter
  • Added sort functionality to the Due Date column
Where can I see this?
From the Schedule tab, select Tasks & Events View.
