Allow for PDF Files for Client Files
Allowing PDF format for letters, proof of address and etc should be a standard feature that will make it easier for clients and users of CRC. Thank you

For prospetive business owners signing up for Credit Repair Cloud, a training video on "completing the sale process from lead to paid client" will be very valuable. Enssentially playing a 5 to 8 minutes video which walks the process of getting in touch with a lead and handling the entire process of registration, round 1 disputes, communications, round 2 disputes and beyond, all the way to end of the standard life cycle of a client. This gives the prospective business a clearer idea of what closing the deal with a client is.

Task types displayed on tabs instead of the same page
The Task & Events currently shows all tasks in the same page (Overdue, Current and Upcoming). This can become confusing when managing a large client list as not all tasks are displayed right away and instead get loaded up when scrolling to the bottom of the page. Separating Task Types on tabs can help de-clutter this page and make better use of the "lazy loading" for long task lists.

Send Secure Message vs Send Email
Inside the Secure Client Access portal, at the bottom where it shows assigned contacts, it would be nice if it directed clients to Send Message versus Send Email. Or at least give us the option. This way it would keep everything "in-house" and encourage clients to use the secure messages feature versus sending emails.

CRC secure message chatbox too small
The chatbox when using the secure message feature found in the Credit Repair Cloud software has a fixed height and cannot be adjusted. It does not expand when sending a longer message, thus affecting readability and user experience. Requesting to increase the height so that it is more manageable when dealing with longer texts.
